Re-doing the baby room so far

So here we have some of the first looks of the room after starting to tear off the wanes coating.

Starting to patch the walls and trying to make them even.

Then my handsome being a man. He is just getting started in texturing the walls. His Friend and him worked on cutting the base board and just getting the room ready for the priming, painting and laying carpet...I am SOO excited for it to get done!!! Baby girl will be here sooner than later.

Some more fun crafts for baby girl

I had a lot of fun with my sister Amy making these fun crafts. We made a sling for baby girl a couple days ago . It took some time since it was our first and me with no help. I have the hardest time understanding the instructions for patterns. Relied completely on Amy to tell me what to do. Need someone smart like Amy be around and to help me.

Then Amy was so kind to let me come out and occupy her whole Saturday and help me with my other little craft I needed her help for. I saw this cute picture of this bird mobile..or just window decoration. I thought the little birds turned out great. And to finish off the day I asked her to help me make a library bag of just a bag for whatever and she did...and it turned out great! It was a lot of fun. Am already coming up with the next craft I want to do.

A fun weekend with Bonnie in Idaho.

Yes, I Said a fun weekend with Bonnie due to I didn't see Matt this whole weekend while here in Idaho. He is finishing up his last days hunting. Now with no hunting to occupy his time maybe we will be able to finish some home projects I have needed some help on. ;) Yay for me...Bummer for Matt.. ;)

Well in the short time I was here in Idaho, Bonnie helped me make a couple fun things for our little girl. It has sure been an adjustment to get girl things but I get more and more excited to put together girlie things. I really also enjoyed learning about how to use a sewing machine and I feel pretty confident on it. Looks like I know what to do in my spare time now. Just need to wait to see all the fabric go on sale. That is the most expensive part with it all. And Maybe get my Mom to let me borrow hers and get it fixed...eh' Mom? Well above is a little hat I made with A LOT of help from Bonnie. And the receiving blankets in the pics and below is a cute little bib I made with the help again from Bonnie. But I really enjoyed making these fun crafts. Something I can look forward to doing to make for others as gifts and what nots.

Baby Girl has been quite this weekend with out a lot of movement. On Friday it seemed as if she was having a party in my tummy! I loved watching my stomach move with her movements. Whenever though I would grab Matt's hand to feel she would stop right then until I took his hand away and then would start back up with all her movements. Little stinker.

I don't think it is a good thing but I have gained 18 lbs so far with the pregnancy and I feel it is all in my stomach of course and my face!!! I can admit I haven't been on a strict baby diet or anything but I don't think I go crazy or eat differently than I had before. Oh well, I am excited to get working out hardcore once baby is here. Currently I just am walking out side and on the elliptical. I think I need to do some strength training for my arms...who cares about this right now. I guess I knew this would happen and it will all pass. Anyway, loved making things and being crafty. Can't wait to finish her room. It will be so fun. So many people have donated things to Matt and I we don't need to go buy anything. Looks like we just need to get working on buying the diapers... Fun stuff.

23 weeks belly shot.

Nothing professional here with the belly photo .maybe I should get Amy going with a photo shoot. I just really don't enjoy taking pictures of my self. But I do want to have pictures throughout these fun times. I am 23 weeks and still feeling great. I get to feel her soo much. It is such an amazing feeling. When I think of her she will give me a little nudge to let me know she is there. I really am kinda getting nervous about having her here and adjusting with a baby. I know I will be ok..it will just be something to get use to. Am I really making the right choice here. Guess it is to late. lol. J/K I am very excited. Cant wait.
